DESIGNER
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Junior to Mid-Level Designer eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role supports the design and development of home décor products for key retail partners.
Reporting to the Principal Design Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring trend-driven, commercially viable products from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities
Support product design and presentations for assigned accounts
Create and maintain CADs, technical specs, and design files
Assist with sample tracking and pre-production reviews
Collaborate with internal teams and overseas factories
Research trends and help translate them into retail-ready products
Qualifications
1–4 years of relevant design experience (internships included)
Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D software (Fusion 360/SolidWorks) a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Interest in home décor and trend-driven design

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to provide day-to-day support for our leadership team and office operations. This role combines executive support, office administration, accounts payable (AP) data entry, and light HR assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities while ensuring the office environment runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings.
Assist with scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings.
Office Administration
Oversee general office operations, ensuring a tidy and organized work environment.
Maintain kitchen and office supply inventory; place orders as needed.
Act as point of contact for vendors, service providers, and visitors.
Accounts Payable Support
Assist with AP data entry and invoice processing.
Maintain accurate financial records in collaboration with the finance team.
Support tracking of vendor payments and expense reimbursements.
Human Resources Support
Assist with onboarding logistics, employee record-keeping, and scheduling interviews.
Support HR team with basic administrative tasks and internal communications.
Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for staff.
Coordinate logistics for company events, employee gatherings, and team meetings.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in administrative, office, or executive support roles.
Familiarity with accounts payable or basic bookkeeping is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.
Professional, resourceful, and service-oriented with a “can-do” attitude.
